i set up the the web in tdgration and the APO key and still got this error.
qlik doenst say much, and so does qalyptus, could find logs
postman works with the jwt token

Welcome to the Qalyptus community.
As seen with by email, this is du to your Qlik Sense Cloud tenant.
You are using Qlik Sense Cloud Business which does not allow you to use the JWT identity provider.
In Qalyptus Cloud, to connect to Qlik Sense with the option “Qlik Sense API key”, you need a Qlik Sense Cloud Enterprise tenant and ask your Qlik representative to activate the JWT Identity Provider.

But do not worry, you can use another option to connect to Qlik Sense (Qlik credentials).
Go to Qalyptus Cloud > Administration and choose the option “Qlik credentials”
Then go to your Qalyptus Cloud profile > Qlik Sense > Qlik Sense Account and enter your Qlik Sense credentials.
Then you can sync your apps and refresh the app metadata.
