Hi, I’m using interaction report on agent name.
The report runs perfect but I don’t want to send email at all if there is no relevant data for any agent.
Tried to use Conditions but for some reason, rule for HAS VALUES applied to relevant table from the app doesn’t work. Any idea?

Please can you share a screenshot of the table that was exported when it was empty?
Maybe the table contains some values or 0 …
Try updating the table measures to force the value to null if there is no data.
