Sometimes, in Qalyptus, objects are not exported as expected; the object content is not completely loaded.
To fix this issue, do the following:
- Download the config.ini file below
- Open the file
- Add the additional waiting time in milliseconds
- Example of adding 4 seconds to third-party objects (extension)
– sleepTimeForSheetAsImage=0
– sleepTimeForObjectAsImage=0
– sleepTimeForExtensionAsImage=4000 - Save the file
- Copy the file to the installation folder of Qalyptus
– The default installation folder of Qalyptus Desktop is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Qalyptus
– The default installation folder of Qalyptus Server is: C:\Program Files\Qalyptus\Qalyptus Server - Run the task again
- Increase the time if you still don’t get the expected result.
