I am looking to change the user that was originally used to instal Qalyptus/ user that accesses the qlik apps is there perhaps a way to do this or would it require a complete reinstall?

You can see it in the Windows Services.

Yes it would be the services user I suppose is this the only location where I would need to change the user or is there perhaps anywhere else I need to change it to allow report to run.
