Necessary rights to run the services

Hi Community,

I’m configuring the Qalyptus Server Configuration and at the last step, it appears a banner like

“An error occurred while starting Qalyptus services. Please check that the user has the necessary rights to run the services”

I cannot complete the configuration. Do anyone knows what’s happening?

I’m running the installation with an administrator user that has professional license.
