Pivot table export (not working)

Dear Qalyptus,

I’ve tested some of the functionality and it’s an awesome product.

But if i try to export a pivot table to excel, the export only shows 1 or 2 colums. I’ve tried everyting in the settings but no luck. The problem is on the desktop export and preview and also on de server.

Is this a bug or someting?

Thank you for your message, and welcome to the Qalyptus community.

Please can you share a screenshot of your template to see how you used the pivot table and a screenshot of the pivot table in Qlik Sense (you can scramble the data)

And can you give me the version of your Qalyptus Desktop?

Thank you, @w.vervoort, for the details.
We made verifications, and the problem is under fixing.
We will release a new version the next Monday (December release), which will contain a fix to this problem.

Yes i have, where can i get the new version? Also can i extent my trial period?

I have to speak with the direction of our company before we can get a full license.

You can download the last version from our website
I will send you by email a link to download the last version and a new license key to extend your trial period.

The desktop version is working great now, only on the server stil having the same problem.

Please install and upgrade Qalyptus Server too.
