When I try a write an accented characters like é, à, the html editor convert it to ?? when I save the template. You can find a example in the GIF.

Welcome to the Qalyptus community.
Accented characters are not supported in the HTML editor.
But you can add them with the decimal reference
Example for: é use é
This will also allow you to ensure that all the browsers will interpret correctly your accents.
Here you can find all the decimal references.
About the Qlik Sense objects (column names, object names, …etc.), unfortunately, you can not add them with an accent actually.
