Status page: 500 Request failed with unknown error

Dear Jeremie,

After an update off Qlik Sense and Qalyptus, we are getting te following error on the status page:

  1. Request URL: https://qliksense.dmg.eu:3994/api/Task/GetTasksStatus

  2. Request Method: GET

  3. Status Code: 500 Request failed with unknown error

It was working at first, and the scheduled tasks are still running. We just can’t see the page and run tasks manualy.

Hi @w.vervoort
Please send us the recent Qalyptus Server log file via the support portal or email.
The default log file directory is: C:\ProgramData\Qalyptus\QalyptusServer\Log
The file name is in this format: Qalyptus-server-.log
